All transactions on okbaee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfers are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Payments page.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must meet the stated rollover before withdrawal is permitted. okbaee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Fraud, collusion, use of bots or automated betting tools, bonus abuse, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and okbaee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://okbaee.net, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other features made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, okbaee reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and retain any bonus funds claimed across those accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep that information current at all times. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
okbaee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice and to safeguard the integrity of the Platform. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
okbaee reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict Account access pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in permanent Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. okbaee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify okbaee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
okbaee accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at okbaee's sole discretion. Current available methods and their respective minimum/maximum limits are displayed on the Payments section of the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. okbaee reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time and credited to your Account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing schedule. okbaee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network outages outside its reasonable control.
All funds deposited into your okbaee Account must originate from a payment source that you own and are legally authorised to use. Funds deposited must be used solely for participation in the gaming and betting services offered on the Platform. You must not deposit funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity. okbaee reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where there is reasonable suspicion that deposits are being made for purposes other than legitimate gambling.
Withdrawals may only be requested once your Account has been fully verified in accordance with Section 4.3. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
okbaee applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original payment method is no longer available, okbaee may request additional verification before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. okbaee targets same-day approval for all withdrawal requests received before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Payments section of the Platform. okbaee reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operationally necessary, and will communicate any such arrangement to the affected User in advance.
okbaee reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, okbaee will notify the User of the hold and, where permitted, provide a reasonable explanation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by okbaee are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus winnings become withdrawable). The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
All bonus funds carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry window will be removed from your Account automatically without notice or compensation.
okbaee employs automated and manual systems to detect and investigate suspected bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using a bonus in conjunction with a betting strategy designed to exploit the promotion with minimal genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, okbaee reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, remove bonus balances, and suspend the Account.
okbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already validly credited to a User's Account prior to the modification taking effect.
All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for statistical fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules and payout structures for each game are displayed within the game interface and/or the game provider's documentation.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once okbaee's system has issued a confirmation and assigned a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during the bet placement process, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account at okbaee's discretion.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, okbaee reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the corresponding stake(s) to the User. Payouts made as a result of a manifest error or system malfunction are not valid and will be recouped.
Cricket and other sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published within the Sports section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting outcome, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.) will be used to settle the market. okbaee reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and re-settle markets in accordance with published sports rules at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of okbaee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of okbaee.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how okbaee collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.
okbaee processes personal data in accordance with reasonable data protection standards applicable to online gaming platforms. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
okbaee does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services, and under strict contractual obligations of confidentiality.

okbaee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
okbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbaee will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. okbaee makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction and it is each User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations.
